Having Your Questions and Concerns Answered 11-30-06 One thing that we have heard over the years from our clients is their concern that there lawyer be there for them from the beginning their case begins to the conclusion. This is a very important concern. In personal injury cases, clients often have questions and concerns and are reluctant to contact their attorney. They have said that they have been worried that they would be "bothering" their attorney, who they perceive as being busy. Then, by not having their question or concern addressed, what might have been a relatively easy issue to address has become a bigger issue for the client. People who have been injured in a motor vehicle collision should not hesitate to contact their attorney to have a question or concern addressed, no matter how insignificant the person believes the matter to be. By contacting your attorney, you not only keep the communication lines open so that you lawyer knows what is going on with you, your attorney can provide information and answers to you that will help relieve stress, doubt and worry you may be experiencing because of a lingering question you have been reluctant to call and tell her or him about. You are not "bothering" your attorney. In fact, you are helping your attorney help you. It is true that lawyers are busy people. However, questions and concerns should not be left unanswered.
